Shipping on All Orders within the U.S.!

  • Economy shipping is available for all domestic orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Please note, additional charges may apply for shipments to PO Boxes, HI, AK, PR, APO/FPO, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and other areas outside the contiguous 48 states. 

We understand the significance of shipping when it comes to your orders. Both pricing and shipping times matter. At Crew Pickleball, we've optimized our order process to minimize shipping time and costs for your convenience.

Domestic Shipping Policies & Rates:

  • Orders typically process within 1-3 business days of your purchase (usually within one day on average!).
  • All packages are dispatched from our warehouse in California.
  • We utilize trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping Options:

  • Economy Shipping: Anticipate receiving your package within 2-5 business days after it's shipped (may take longer for AK, HI, PR, or APO/AFO).
  • Standard Shipping: Expect your package within 2-4 business days after it's shipped (may take longer for AK, HI, PR, or APO/AFO).
  • Upon shipping, we'll promptly email carrier and tracking information to you.

Canada Shipping Policy - Crew Pickleball

Shipping Details:

All orders for Canadian customers will be shipped from our warehouse in Calgary, Alberta. Depending on the shipping location and order specifications, we will dispatch your order using FedEx or Canada Post. Please note the approximate transit times for each service provided below.

Address Correction Charge:

In the event that an address requires correction or alteration after the order has left our facility, an address correction charge will apply. This charge is the customer's responsibility and may vary based on the address.

FedEx Shipping:

Enjoy expedited FedEx shipping, ranging from 1-4 days to most areas in Canada, excluding holidays and weekends.

  • Western Canada: Expect a 1-2 day delivery*
  • Central Canada: Anticipate a 2-3 day delivery*
  • Eastern Canada: Plan for a 3-4 day delivery*

Note: FedEx Express shipping availability may vary by location. If Express shipping is not feasible after payment, our shipping department will contact you. Please be aware that the extra $19.95 shipping charge is subject to change based on the shipping address.

Canada Post Delivery Schedule:

Orders shipped via Canada Post follow an approximate delivery schedule based on location:

  • British Columbia: 1-3 business days
  • Alberta: 2-5 business days
  • Saskatchewan/Manitoba: 4-6 business days
  • Ontario: 6-8 business days
  • Quebec: 7-9 business days
  • Nova Scotia/New Brunswick/Newfoundland/PEI: 9-13 business days
  • Nunavut/NWT/Yukon: 10-13 business days. Please note shipping surcharges:
    • Orders under $199.95: $20 (small package surcharge)
    • Orders $200 and above: $40 (heavy shipment surcharge)

International Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. If you aren't located in Canada or the USA, please reach out to us at hello@crewpickleball.com to submit an order. This is evaluated on a case-by-base basis.
