Please note the following details:

  • Final Sale Items: No returns or exchanges on items specifically marked as "FINAL SALE".
  • Apparel Returns: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed apparel.
  • Paddle Return Conditions: Paddles showing signs of abuse are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your original payment method to be refunded.
  • Holiday Extended Returns: Purchases made between November 1st and December 31st qualify for our extended 60-day holiday return period.
  • Assessment of Excessive Damage: Returns for products with excessive damage will be evaluated at the discretion of crewpickleball.com.
