FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Have questions? We've got answers.
Do your paddles come with a warranty?
Absolutely. Every Crew Pickleball paddle is backed by an exceptional limited lifetime warranty, surpassing industry standards. We stand firmly behind our products, minimizing any purchasing risks. The warranty encompasses manufacturer defects, defective materials, and workmanship. However, it does not cover regular wear and tear resulting from pickleball play.
What is the typical lifespan of pickleball paddles?
The longevity of your Crew Pickleball paddle depends on proper care. Generally, paddles last between one to five years. On average, consider purchasing a new paddle every two to three years for optimal performance.
How should I maintain my pickleball paddle?
Taking care of your paddle involves three key steps:
- Keeping it clean: Use glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth to wipe down the paddle face.
- Avoiding extreme temperatures: Prolonged exposure to hot or cold environments can impact performance.
- Storing in a pickleball case or cover: Each of our paddles comes with it’s own cover, so you can worry less and play longer.
Does the CREW sponsor charitable organizations and events?
At CREW, we're committed to supporting charitable causes and events. If you have a donation or event request, please contact us at hello@crewpickleball.com. We evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis, striving to contribute to initiatives that align with our values and mission.
What materials are CREW Pickleball paddles made from?
Crew utilizes advanced materials in all our paddles. The Performance Series features Toray 700 Carbon Fiber and an edgeless Carbon face with a Rough-Grit surface texture, thermoformed for superior performance. Meanwhile, the Lifestyle & Founder Series incorporates a Carbon face with a Rough-Grit surface texture and an edge guard for added durability.
